Thank you for supporting me and helping our team fund the work of the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center. The Children’s Law Center is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization that saves the lives of abused and neglected children through zealous legal advocacy and public policy reform.
It’s a lean and mean organization (only 11% admin overhead) of passionate professionals who step in when the system fails to protect these kids. Can you imagine a 2-yr old with 7 broken bones? That’s nothing. The horror stories are all too many. You’ve probably heard of the 25-lb 7 yr old boy who died of starvation in a closet because social services didn’t find it necessary to conduct a home visit when the school reported he hadn’t shown up for kindergarten in weeks.
I’ve been proud to serve on the Law Center’s Board and Advisory Board for the last 6 years, and am inspired daily by the work they do. Please help me help them help more children-- my $5000 goal could save two more lives.
